WHY ARE RETURNS SUBJECT TO A FEE?
Germany is the European champion of returns!
In 2022, over 530 million packages containing more than 1.3 billion items were returned in Germany.
A single return generates about as much CO₂ as using a hair dryer for 5 hours.
We’re no longer participating in this madness & ask for your understanding.
OUR RETURN PROCESS REMAINS SIMPLE & FAIR.
For €4.50 per return, you can send your return from Germany under standard market conditions. The "environmental impact fee" will then be easily deducted from your refund amount.
Returns from Austria and Switzerland are subject to the customer’s own return shipping costs.
P.S.:
For you as a customer, a return takes an average of 32 minutes of your time—and for us as a startup, it incurs a cost of approximately €15, even if we can resell the merchandise.

How can I return an item?

We’ve also set up a super easy-to-use returns portal. There, you can register your return, and all the next steps will be explained to you. Don’t worry, it’s a piece of cake!
How much will the return cost me?
We keep it fair and transparent: Returning an item costs you an average of 32 minutes of your time and €4.50 if you’re returning your goods from Germany. You can register your return on the portal and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

When will I get my money back if I’ve returned an item?
As soon as we have reviewed your return, we will process the refund. You will usually see the money back in your account within a few days.
